Q: Why is delivery not free?

A: Please note that our free delivery discount applies at the checkout and does not actually show 'free delivery' but automatically discounts the delivery amount of £3.50 from the total of your order.

Please note free delivery applies only for customers in the UK.

Please check whether £3.50 has been discounted from the total amount of all of your items. If you believe you're still being charged for delivery please contact us again and we will get in touch with IT support to resolve this issue.

Q: Why I didn't receive 10% discount?

A: In order for you to receive your 10% PRO discount you must register on our website mentioning the name of your business and receive confirmation from us that you have been added to the professional network.

Once you have received an email from us, your discount will apply automatically. Please note there is no discount code that needs to be entered.

Q: Why my order status has not changed?

A: If your order status has not been updated please do not worry as our system takes a few days to update each order status. It normally takes 1 to 2 days for your order to be processed, packaged and ready for dispatch.
